If you are visiting Copenhagen or choosing a new barber, the most useful preparation is simple: select the right service, check its price and duration, and bring a clear idea of the result you want. Payment arrangements and appointment details vary between shops, so check the business you are actually visiting.
Choose your appointment at Philly’s
A haircut or skin fade is 525 DKK for approximately 60 minutes. A beard trim is 325 DKK for approximately 30 minutes. The combined haircut and beard trim is 725 DKK for approximately 90 minutes. A classic shave is 500 DKK for approximately 60 minutes.
These are Philly’s service details, not estimated averages for every Copenhagen barbershop. Check the current menu and available appointment options when booking. Choose the combined service if you want both hair and beard work so enough time is reserved.
Booking and opening hours
Use Philly’s booking page to choose an available time. The shop opens Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–17:00. It is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Check your confirmation for the date, time and service you selected.
For a change or cancellation, use the instructions provided with your booking. Do not assume a general cancellation rule from another shop applies. If you are making plans around a flight, meeting or event, allow time for the full appointment and travel.
How can you pay?
Philly accepts cash, MobilePay, Revolut, Wise transfer and PayPal. Do not assume that Visa, Mastercard or a contactless card terminal is available. If you are visiting from abroad, choose a payment method you can use before arriving, or ask about the arrangements in advance.
What to bring to the consultation
A reference photograph helps explain the shape, but also say what you like about it. Discuss length on top, how short the sides should be and whether you want a skin-level finish. Mention your styling routine and any areas that tend to stick out or become difficult as the cut grows.
For beard work, explain whether you want to maintain length, reduce bulk or grow it longer. Talk about the cheek lines, neckline and moustache before trimming begins. Ask questions if a term such as taper or fade means something different from what you pictured.
